The short version

Techteryx says about US$456M of reserves went to Aria Commodities DMCC in Dubai in 2021-22 instead of a Cayman fund; a Dubai court's 17 Oct 2025 judgment kept a US$456M worldwide freeze and Justin Sun lent money to cover the gap. From 31 Jul 2026 to 31 Oct 2026 its price changed -0.3% in Canadian dollars, and it was 33.9% below its all-time high of C$2.11 set on 26 Aug 2018.[1]
