The short version

Rocket Pool lets people stake ether through independent node operators and receive rETH; it is governed by a protocol DAO and an oracle DAO. The Saturn One upgrade on 18 Feb 2026 gave RPL stakers a share of staking commission, paid in ETH. New RPL is still minted at about 5% a year, and the grants committee sells some RPL each month. On 31 Oct 2026 one RPL cost C$2.06. From 31 Jul 2026 to 31 Oct 2026 its price changed -4.5% in Canadian dollars, and it was 97.5% below its all-time high of C$82.75 set on 16 Apr 2023.[1]

Does a team or foundation hold over 10% of supply? Not disclosedInsiders got 54.1% in the 2017 sale, now unlocked; current holdings not published[2]
Do network fees reach coin holders?YesSince Saturn One (18 Feb 2026) RPL stakers get part of staking commission in ETH[4]
Main network hacked or halted in the past 2 years?NoNo protocol exploit; a Mar 2023 holder phishing loss was not a protocol failure[5]
