Axie Infinity Shard (AXS) is the token of Axie Infinity, a Pokémon-style NFT battle game created in 2018 by Vietnam-based Sky Mavis. The game runs on Sky Mavis' Ronin chain, whose bridge lost about US$624M in Mar 2022. Axie's fees ran about US$1.5M a year in 2026, none of which goes to AXS holders. On 31 Oct 2026 one AXS cost C$1.22. From 31 Jul 2026 to 31 Oct 2026 its price changed +2.9% in Canadian dollars, and it was 99.4% below its all-time high of C$205.36 set on 6 Nov 2021.[1]
